TINKER PIEDESIGN IN INDIA

47 accessories for TinkerPie

Each module has a block in the Accessories category of TinkerPie Studio and a slider or switch in the simulator, so you can try it before you wire it.

Safe wiring: switch the board off while you wire. Use 3.3 V modules on signal pins. Motors, pumps and lamps go through a relay or driver module, never straight to a pin, and never connect anything to mains electricity.

Analog sensors

Plug the module's A0 / OUT into P10 (or P11-P13 when Wi-Fi is off), VCC to 3.3 V, GND to GND.

Digital sensors

Signal (DO / OUT / S) to any accessory pin: S1-S4, P10-P13, P43 or P44. Power from 3.3 V where the module allows it.

Smart sensors (I2C)

Plug into any SENSOR 1-4 port (SDA, SCL, 3.3 V, GND). Each type has a fixed I2C address, so different types can share the bus.

Timing sensors

One or two signal pins on S1-S4 or P10-P13. Studio reads them with precise timing in the board firmware.

Displays and lights

OLED and LCD go into a SENSOR port (I2C). The 4-digit display and LED strips use one or two signal pins.

Outputs and actuators

Signal pin to S1-S4 or P10-P13. Motors, pumps and lamps always go through the relay or a driver module, never straight to a pin.
