Payment and e-book terms

Please read. These are the simple rules for buying from TinkerPie Studio by UPI or bank transfer.

How payment works

We accept UPI and bank transfer (IMPS / NEFT) in Indian rupees. We do not collect card details on this website.
After you pay, type your transaction ID (UTR). We check every payment by hand against our bank account. Orders are normally confirmed within a few hours; allow up to 1 working day.
Your e-book opens only after we confirm the payment. If a payment cannot be matched, the order stays locked and we will contact you.
Prices are in ₹ and include everything shown at checkout. No GST is charged at present.

After we confirm your payment, we send the full e-book (PDF) to your email and WhatsApp. It is for your own use only; please do not share or upload it.
The e-book is for the buyer’s own learning and teaching in their own class. Please do not copy, share, upload or sell it. Schools that need many copies should contact us for a school licence.
The book is read inside our reader. Your email is shown faintly on each page to discourage sharing.

If the e-book does not open or the file is damaged, tell us and we will fix it or return your money.
If you paid twice by mistake, we will return the extra payment.
Because an e-book can be read at once, we do not refund simply for a change of mind after access is given.

When you order a product with UPI, we confirm the order on WhatsApp or phone, and tell you the delivery time and any delivery charge before dispatch.
