About this kit
The ArduinoX-Pie Shield turns an Arduino UNO into a robot controller. It drives up to 4 DC motors and has ready ports for a line sensor, an ultrasonic distance sensor, 3 servos, 3 sensors, an external camera module, I2C and UART, so students can build line followers, obstacle avoiders, robotic arms and Bluetooth cars without messy wiring.
Features
- Fits on Arduino UNO (and UNO-compatible boards)
- Motor drivers for 4 DC motors (M1-M4), for 2-wheel and 4-wheel robots
- Line sensor port (left, middle, right) for line-follower robots
- Ultrasonic sensor port (5 V, TRIG, ECHO, GND) for obstacle-avoiding robots
- 3 servo ports for robotic arms, grippers and pan-tilt heads
- 3 sensor ports for IR, touch, light and other modules
- Port for an external camera module
- 4 I2C pins and a UART port for OLED, Bluetooth (HC-05) and other modules
- On-board power regulator for motors and logic
